And it can span the concrete box beam 900 ton at the beginning or end of the tunnels.                The special launching carrier for the Capital Airport Light Rail Line. The Special Launching Carrier is composed by the Special Carrier and the under bridge machine. The Special Carrier’s main work is packing up the concrete beam from the casting yard and carrying the beam to the span site. And then the Special Carrier works with the under-bridge machine to put the beam on the pier. The under-bridge is the loaded beam. It must work in with the Special Carrier. The under-bridge can move its legs by itself to get ready for the next span.  The processes of the Special Launching Carrier exhibit its three working characteristic: lifting, carrying and spanning the concrete box beam. It’s very different from other situations, which do the same work by using 3 separate machines. And the Special Carrier has a lower height and width than other machines. This depended on the synthesis function in the Special Carrier. Because the design of the Special Carrier, it has no repeat frame in this machine, for example, the support frame.  So, this machine can solve the problems of dealing with tunner's, which preved ordinary machines from working in the front and the back of the tunnels.
